2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take pride in offering high-quality saddles (including Barrel Racing, Cutting, Ranch, Roping, Trail, and Youth saddles), boots, protective gear, and accessories. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur.

2.2 Special Order Items

Custom or special order saddles cannot be returned unless defective. We encourage customers to contact our Rider Support Team at [email protected] for sizing guidance before ordering specialized equipment.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to product availability. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. While we verify pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.3 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict these charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for most items, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or tried-on Protective Leg Boots
• Opened Boot Care & Accessories
• Custom/special order saddles

5.3 Return Process

2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship items to our Baltimore, MD facility (customer pays return shipping)
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

NRS | STANCE | Classic Shop shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays)
• Improper use or maintenance of our products
• Customs delays or fees for international orders

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
